The most romantic places for a wedding in the Czech Republic

The château is surrounded by graceful flower gardens in the summer, and the winter weather does nothing to detract from its charm – Hluboka looks just as impressive in the snow. Weddings have been held here throughout the entire year since 1975. The most popular dates are in the period of April–September, so don’t hesitate with your selection for long, as reservations are needed several months in advance.

The water château of Červená lhota

Situated in the middle of a pond, stunning Červená lhota Château is an uncommon monument, one that has been popular with filmmakers over the decades. This pink Neo-Renaissance jewel reflected on the surface of the water certainly has a special quality. Wedding ceremonies are held in the hall inside or in the nearby château gardens. Newlyweds even receive a nice gift in the form of a certificate granting them free admission to the château on their wedding anniversary.

Lednice Château

Last but not least, Lednice Château, an English Gothic gem framed by an extensive French garden and landscape park in the Lednice-Valtice area, is a highly attractive venue. The room known as the “casino”is used for smaller ceremonies, while the Knight's Hallis more suitable for larger weddings. A meadow by the honorary courtyard or the French garden are specially reserved for wedding ceremonies.
